• Power is the ability/capacity to perform. Acts 10:38

There are different types of power:
1. Economic power- the power of money
Ecclesiastes 10:19b

• Money is good.
However, its power is limited. Proverbs 23:5
• Money can take you to the hospital but it can’t guarantee your healing.

2. Academic power.
Knowledge is powerful.
• If you have the right knowledge at the right time, you can attain any height in the world.
• The power of knowledge can preserve. Hosea 4:6
• However powerful knowledge may be, its power is limited.Only God knows all
1 Corinthians 13:9

3. Political power- power of government
• The government has the power of acquittal and authority.
Genesis 40:20-23, 41:14
• Political power is limited by domain & tenure

4. Devilish power- power of darkness
• Causes confusion, and afflicts.
• The power of the devil is limited. Exodus 7: 10-12, 8: 16-18
• If you put your trust in the power of the devil, it will disappoint you.

5. The power of the Almighty
• His power is absolute and unlimited.
• He is not limited by space or time.
• His power can overrule science and suspend the law of nature.
• His power is unlimited, He can give unusual strength and grace.

Salvation Call
If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, you need to surrender to Him now.

Ask Him to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you with His blood, and save your soul.
