OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 19 AUGUST 2020 MESSAGE

It is so unfortunate that the devil has deceived a lot of persons through our Bible reading of today.

He has told them that they can be angry, but they should not stay angry for too long.

Child, the moment you allow that to sink into your mind, you might be in trouble someday.

Anger is momentary insanity. It destroys many things.

One day, we went to the prison to preach the gospel and I met a brother who had been sentenced to life imprisonment just because he got angry, slapped someone and the person died instantly.

His anger didn’t last up to five minutes, yet he became a murderer even though it was not intentional.

You need to watch yourself; your words and actions whenever you are provoked to anger because the devil can enslave you by your actions or words at that moment.

Rather than get angry when provoked, walk away from the scene and sing praises to God.

And if you are with someone older than you are, just control yourself. This might not be easy, but you can ask the Holy Spirit to help you.
