OPENING PRAYER: Father, please don’t let me miss my eternal rewards.
PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE: The leader should remind members that great tribulations awaits those that miss rapture. No second batch in rapture.
MEMORY VERSE: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment”. Hebrews 9:27
BIBLE TEXT: Revelation 20:11-15
[11]And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
[12]And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
[13]And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
[14]And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
[15]And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
LESSON INTRODUCTION: The Bible says in the book of Hebrews 9:27, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this judgement”. God Himself is the Judge of mankind and He has the power and wisdom to judge with righteousness, truth and justice. Psalms 96:13. Rewards are offered by God to believers on the basis of faithful service rendered after salvation.
LESSON AIM: To let members understand there is judgement after the race on earth and there are rewards for faithful servants.
TEACHING OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, members should:
– Understand the happenings on the judgement day.
– Intensify their services to God in order to get rewarded divinely.
Text Review: Revelation 20:11-15.
– There is a throne called GREAT WHITE THRONE in which all will face.
– There are books and there is a book called BOOK OF LIFE that accommodates names of the BRIDES of JESUS CHRIST.
– The end is here, get prepared.
LESSON OUTLINE ONE
DEFINITIONS
– Judgement is the act of ascertaining truth, right or power of passing sentence.
– Reward is benefit/punishment received or given in recognition of good or bad act.
LESSON OUTLINE TWO
ON THE JUDGEMENT DAY
– Everyone will appear before the Lord for Judgement. Romans 14:12; Rev. 20:11-15
– Your salvation & works will be judged in accordance with our faith in Christ. Rev. 21:27; Eph. 2: 8-10. Rev. 22:12, 2 Corinthians 5:10
– Our rewards will correspond with the good works we did on earth.
– Crowns will be given by God on the Judgement Day:
i. Crown of Rejoicing – for Soul winners. 1 Thess. 2:19-20
ii. Crown of Life-for those who endured to the end. Rev. 2:10
iii. Crown of Righteousness- for those who love and await His appearing. 2 Tim. 4:8
iv. Crown of Victory – for self-discipline. 1 Corinthians 9: 25
v. Crown of Glory – for Servants of God. 1 Peter 5:4
SUMMARY: If anyone’s name was not found in the book of life, he/she will be hurled into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:15
CONCLUSION: Everybody should be prepared to gain divine rewards, if not eternal damnation awaits unprepared believers.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, do not let me seek and serve You in vain.
2. Father, help me to utilize all the talents You have given me in full.
3. Father, make every member of RCCG a soul winner.
4. Father, help us to be disciplined so that we will not lose our crown.
5. Father, let our lights and the light of Daddy and Mummy always shine.

TUESDAY: Matt. 25:21, may it be said to you, “Well done, thou good & faithful servant”
WEDNESDAY: Matt. 25:26, 29, Do not be a slothful servant.
THURSDAY: Matt. 25:30, Do not be an unprofitable servant.
FRIDAY: Col. 3:23, Do everything heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.
SATURDAY: God is a rewarder.
SUNDAY: Rev. 22:12, may you not miss your reward in Jesus name.
