10 And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not;

11 Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.

12 O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

13 And all Judah stood before the Lord, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

14 Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the Lord in the midst of the congregation;

15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

Topic: The Battle is not Yours

As a child of God, you need to understand that you are very important to God so he will fight your battle.

In John 15, Jesus Christ reminds us that we are also a friend of God and as His friend, He always fights for us, so the battle is not yours.

Another reason why the battle is not yours is that things are different now, after your encounter of a Great Turn Around during the congress, things are no longer the same. When you experience a Great Turn Around, your story changes.

Before David had his turn around, all he did was sing to his father’s flock but at the time of a Great Turn Around, he sang and demons ran out of their victim.

To remain under God’s covering for the battle you must put your trust in God. Also do not be afraid.

Do not be afraid because you are a friend of God. It doesn’t matter how many people have ganged up against you, they will fail

To remain under the covering you need to Let God Arise for you.
You can let God arise by praising Him non-stop.

When you praise God He stands for your case and when he stands, your enemies will scatter. You can also call God to arise when you honour Him. Psalm 18 :1-3.

To let God in the battle, you must also do his will by winning souls for Him. John 15:14-15.

You know God cannot arise for you if your life is not aligned with him, come and give your life to Him today before it is too late.

Prayer Point: Father, in this new year let poverty be far from your Children.
