RCCG 2019 HOLY GHOST CONGRESS DAY FIVE EVENING SESSION: THE GREAT TURNAROUND

OPENING PRAYER :

Thank You Lord, let’s lift our hands and bless the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Ancient of Days, the only One who can give you a great turn around, worship, adore and bless Him.

Give Him glory, honour and adoration, praise His Holy name, let Him hear your voice, magnify His holy name, there’s no one like Him, Praise Him, thank You Father, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.

+Father, tonight, please don’t pass me by.

Almighty God we just want to say we love, there is no one like You, You are wonderful, glorious, powerful, mighty, kind, loving, there’s no one like you, please accept our worship in Jesus’ name, thank You for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, thank You for tonight, thank you for what you will do tomorrow, accept our worship in Jesus’ name, Father Thank you for January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, Oh Lord thank you for December accept our worship in Jesus name.

Tonight, all over the world where Your children gather together from the far east to the far west, from the far north to the far south, please, do something new in our lives, visit your children, do something glorious, that we will never forget, please Lord do something new in our lives, at the end of everything let Your Name be glorified, in Jesus’ Mighty name we have prayed.

TEXT: Mark 10:46-52

46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.

51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Immediately someone will receive a miracle tonight.

Problems are not limited to poor homes, Jesus can solve the problem of the big and small and He will solve your problem tonight.

1. The first thing that should hit you from the Bible text is that your turn around begins the moment you say enough is enough, the moment you decide no more suffering, sickness, loneliness, barrenness….

It’s is written in the Bible Matt. 18:18 which means what ever you allow on earth is allowed in heaven and vice versa.

The day you decide that enough is enough is the day you pray desperate prayers and God answers. 2Kings 4:1-7
James 4:2 ,John 16:24 , 2Kings 1:9-12,Acts 5.

Prayer:

Father, anyone who will not allow me reach my goal, remove them with any method of your choice.

+Anyone who is disturbing your joy won’t see the new year.

When God uproot every mountain blocking your way, your testimony will be great.

2. Your turn around will come when you call on God from heaven. Bartimeaus cried to the only one who can solve his problem. He cried desperately. Jer.33:3, Ps. 50:14-15 when Bartimeaus cried, Jesus sent people to him.

1 Samuel 16:11-13 When the destiny helper come to you from God, the turn around will be urgent. 1 Kings 19:15-21. God will send helper to you now.

Prayer: Father, send helpers of destiny to me.

3. The moment the destiny helpers told Bartimeaus that Jesus was calling him, he did something very significant; he threw away his grament, took a step of faith and must have probably heard the inspirational voice that he won’t be needing them again.

He acted and moved by FAITH. Hab. 2:4,Rom.1:17,Gal. 3:11,Heb.10:38,Joel 2:26-27

You have to believe the word of God to have a turn around. Apply God’s word by faith and testimony will follow.

Prayer: Father, I believe You for my turnaround, if my faith is not enough, help my unbelief.

4. When Bartimeaus was brought to Jesus, he was asked what he wanted and he answered seriously that he wants darkness to leave him alone (he asked for light). Exodus 8:1,

Luke 13:11-17 There are some of you, your hands are bound by the forces of darkness that you cannot see, that is why you fail while others do things well.

Prayer
Father, please tell forces of darkness to leave me alone.. they must stay away from me and my family

5. When Bartimeaus met Jesus, Jesus issued a decree and said let their be light and immediately darkness left the life of Bartimeaus.
Genesis 1:1-3 When God speaks it is done. Psalm 33:8-9
1 Samuel 3:19 When you fulfil certain conditions, your decree will be established.

Father, I want to thank You, I stand before Your people today, as Your representative to them and as their representative to You.

I want it to be known today Lord that You are the One who sent me, so Lord that these people may know that I have done everything according to Your will, as I decree now, establish it by fire, in that name that is above every other name,
