God may have in the past revealed some information about a future or past event to you. It could be through a dream or speaking to you directly.
How do you handle such information when it comes? Some teenagers go telling everyone that cares to hear what God has told them.
The motive of such people is to let people know that they too can hear from God.
If you handle divine information like this, God will soon stop taking to you because He cannot encourage pride.
Sometimes, God tells us things just for our information. He wants you to know what He is about to do.
At other times, He tells us so that we can speak to the person involved about it like Nathan did in 2 Samuel 12:7-14.
However, most of the time, when He reveals things to us divinely, it is so that we can pray concerning the matter.
If what was revealed means impending danger for someone else, you should immediately start praying for the fellow.
If it is about yourself, then you should pray and take caution so as not to fall into the danger when the time comes. That is how to handle divine information.
PRAYER POINT
Father, give me the grace to handle any information you reveal to me wisely in Jesus’ name.
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:

JUDGES 15-17; LUKE 10:1-24

HYMN 3
1. When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will,
He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.
Refrain:
Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.
2. Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away;
Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey.
3. Not a burden we bear, not a sorrow we share,
But our toil He doth richly repay;
Not a grief or a loss, not a frown or a cross,
But is blessed if we trust and obey.
4. But we never can prove the delights of His love
Until all on the altar we lay;
For the favor He shows, for the joy He bestows,
Are for them who will trust and obey.
5. Then in fellowship sweet we will sit at His feet,
Or we’ll walk by His side in the way;
What He says we will do, where He sends we will go;
Never fear, only trust and obey.
