One of the teenagers in our teens’ church asked why it is necessary to give one’s life to God from a tender age instead of enjoying the world first before becoming born again.

As innocent as this ideology is, I must say that it’s a dangerous one. Do you know that not all the people who refused to surrender their lives to Jesus in their childhood had another opportunity to do so before death snatched them away?

My dear child, giving your life early to the Lord and surrendering totally to Him will ensure that you receive accurate direction in all aspects of your life.

He will guide you on how to excel in your academics, choose the right career, start flourishing businesses, and marry the right partner who will support your ambitions and divine assignment.

Life is too short to be wasted on making the wrong choices. You will achieve your dreams faster and live life to the fullest when God is directing you all the way and at all times.
