People around the world are celebrating Valentine’s Day today, and I know that some people have prepared to express love in many immoral ways.

However, as your father, I want you to know the right way to express love.

On this subject, as with all other subjects, it is important to follow the teachings of Christ, who showed love through kindness, forgiveness, and selflessness.

Many young people base their love on emotions, which is why they fall into trouble.

At your age, you have no business expressing love by being romantically involved with anyone; rather, you should show love by giving to people in need, listening attentively to their challenges, and offering support and encouragement.

You should also show love by visiting and praying for those who are sick, helping out with chores, and preaching Jesus through your words and actions.

I am aware that some people are difficult to love because they have an unkind or ungrateful attitude.

However, Christ wants you to love them regardless; remember that He also died for you while you were yet a sinner (Romans 5:8).

My dear child, you have a responsibility to show love to everyone – the Jesus kind of love.
