Joseph was bought as a slave by an officer of Pharaoh, Potiphar who entrusted him with all he had except his wife. Joseph was a handsome teenager who prospered in everything due to the manifest presence of God in Him.

Potiphar’s wife was older but kept making advances towards Joseph to become his Sugar mummy.

Mr. Potiphar was so trusting of Joseph that He never suspected anything but Joseph was a sharp guy, he knew that God was watching and he would be offending if he succumbed to his masters wife.

She must have even promised him freedom from slavery in order to lure him but Joseph was sharper than that. He understood that there is no true freedom outside God.

I carefully picked the word ‘sharp because boys usually think they are sharp when they conquer a woman. Joseph was indeed a conqueror; he conquered Satan and his emotions.

lf a girl, lady or married woman is trying to seduce you through gifts, promises or indecent dressing, my son, run because if you commit fornication, your destiny will be reduced to a piece of bread for the dogs to feed on.
