Let’s Pray in Jesus’ name!
Heavenly Father, I exalt Your Majesty and acknowledge Your sovereignty over my life and desires.
Father, thank You for this new day and for providing for all my needs, both spiritually and physically, in Jesus’ name.
Father, in Your infinite mercy, forgive me for the times I have not exercised moderation in my actions and choices, in the precious name of Jesus.
Father, please grant me the wisdom and self-control to fast not only for spiritual growth but also for the sake of my health, in Jesus’ name.
Father, please help me find a balance between my responsibilities and spending quality time with my family, in Jesus’ name.
Father, please give me the strength to engage in physical activities and not neglect my physical well-being, in Jesus’ name.
Father, please give me a humble heart that respects and honors all people, in Jesus’ name.
Father, please help me avoid the trap of pride and arrogance that success can sometimes bring, in Jesus’ name.
Father, please grant me the grace to remain temperate and not be carried away by the fleeting pleasures of this world, in Jesus’ name
Father, let Your will be done in my country (mention), in Jesus’ name
