I decree and declare that I am a good follower, encouraging my leaders in their times of need, in Jesus name.

2. I decree and declare that I reduce stress on my leaders, rather than adding to it, in Jesus name.

3. I decree and declare that I am a source of encouragement to my leaders, in Jesus name.

4. I decree and declare that I am thoughtful and considerate of my leaders’ needs, in Jesus name.

5. I decree and declare that I am wise in knowing when and how to encourage my leaders, in Jesus name.

6. I decree and declare that I am a prayer warrior for my leaders, in Jesus name.

7. I decree and declare that I am a blessing to my leaders, in Jesus name.

8. I decree and declare that I speak words of encouragement to my leaders, in Jesus name.

9. I decree and declare that I honor my leaders in whatever way I can, in Jesus name.

10. I decree and declare that my actions and words are a source of strength and encouragement to my leaders, in Jesus name.

My testimony is forever permanent, weeping or gnashing of teeth is not my portion, in Jesus’ name.
